The Preferred Pest Control Family Protects Yours From Infestations

Preferred Pest Control was founded in 1985 by Brad Smith. He believes in strong morals and work ethics which we still stand by today. As an Iowa State University graduate Entomologist, Brad built the business with a strong understanding of all insects and pests and has used his expertise over the years as a frequent resource for media interviews, expert witness testimony for court trials and identifying pests found by customers. That knowledge has been passed down to our entire team, and now, two of Brad’s sons have joined the business operation.

The family business is continually evolving and updating operations, and the Smiths have been responsible for thoroughly training Preferred Pest Control’s technicians in all the latest industry techniques, allowing us to guarantee satisfaction with our top-of-the-line services.
